Yet another snare, similar to one of xkore's snares. I use it for dubstep, but it can be used for anything really. Just a matter of placing it in the track correctly.
The package contains several 909 snare samples combined with real recorded snares, processed with eq saturation and compression. There's a dry version and one where reverb was added of every shot. The sounds were originally created for a drum n bass track.
Maybe little experimental and odd drum loop. Actually only the closed hi-hat and snare rim are original tr-909 samples used in this, rest of the samples sound similar to tr-909's.
Unprocessed snare drum sample (1 of 4) which was created during the last recordings with my band. Recorded with a dynamic microphone. I would describe the sound as a "rock snare which wants to be a funk snare".
I got the zynaddsubfx-patch from a member of the audio4linux. De-community, named zettberlin. Sounds great, so i have to record and publish it. Processed with the "fast lookahead limiter" ladspa-plugin.
Percussion kit sampled in my studio. 3 - 5 dynamic range shots (pp, p, pf, f, ff, fff). Recorded with two sm57 (up and down), overheads crosstalk - se3.
Sound of vintage lefima metal snare with metal brushes and wood-tip sticks. Equipped with remo legacy la on top and remo ambassador weather king on bottom side. Sorry for the 50hz-hum!.
There are two recordings for each snare hit referenced in the numbered filenames. Adjustment of the sample start point may be necessary when layering these, accounting for any phase mis-alignments. [the full sample pack is being uploaded gradually. ]. .
Some punchy sampled snare. It was took from some mtv music intro and fully remastered by me 'cause it was shitty quality. Rate and comment. My yt channel:https://www. Youtube. Com/channel/ucanpazo1tiz_ekz_u3s3ckg.
